What we do:

  • Seamless, beautiful events: We’ve drawn on our over 20 combined years of events experience to craft a straightforward, prescriptive process that will ensure your event goes smoothly and stays on-budget.

  • Budget-friendly events: Because you choose from a pre-designed menu of event layouts, we can keep our prices up to 50% lower than competing venues*. Working with Pioneer takes a lot of the stress out of planning an event because we know what works and what doesn’t.

What we don’t do:

  • Custom event planning: If you are looking for an infinitely customizable venue, this is probably not your place.

  • Weddings: We’ve built our standard event plans to be efficient and simple. Weddings are neither. If you’re planning one, we recommend checking out our list of great local wedding venues. We will happily host your engagement party or rehearsal dinner though!

*Pricing starts at $875 for our smaller event spaces and $1,475 for our larger event spaces.

Get a Quote

Our process in four steps

  1. Use our Event Menu to generate a quote

    Avoid paralysis of choice by choosing from our perfected standard layouts and add-ons.

  2. Take a tour of the space

    All event bookings include one half hour tour, so guests can get acquainted with the space.

  3. Book your desired dates

    Payment in full is due upon booking. Read more on our payment & cancellation policies below.
